Cangrejo Criollo.- Red Mangrove crab Ulcides occidentalis, prepared with a special seasoning, and you eat it with some really good extras and a lot of beer. Whe we are in other country, we need people that can help us, and People that you can trust.
Our host family will receive you with great courtesy and you can consider them  as your second family in Ecuador.
You’ll have where to sleep in, you can share them with breakfast, lunch or dinner.
And you can ask for help to them or to the institute  in an emergency.
